Live chat, optional AI assistance, customer account context and native support tickets for WISECP.
Hostimor LiveChat adds live support to WISECP with a responsive customer widget and an administrator workspace. Operators can take over chats, send files, view collapsible summaries and search conversation history.
Optional AI uses your own OpenAI, Gemini or Claude API account, conversation context, business knowledge and product catalogue. Provider fees and quotas are separate. With explicit administrator settings, it reads the signed-in customer's relevant services, orders and customer-visible ticket history, checks ownership and subaccount permissions, and creates native support tickets for unresolved issues. Encrypted replies, private notes, payment details and secret fields are excluded; plaintext credential filtering is an additional precaution.
Separate pages cover settings, appearance, business hours, AI, licensing and setup. Email/SMS notifications use existing WISECP providers and selected administrators. The support display name is configurable. Optional Branding Customisation costs TRY 2,499 + VAT for 12 months: hide or replace the chat footer with text and an HTTPS URL. The Hostimor footer returns when that entitlement expires; WISECP attribution is retained.
Lifetime use covers one domain with six calendar months of updates. Optional six- or twelve-month update renewals are purchased from Hostimor. Expiry does not end lifetime use; active update entitlement is required for new Marketplace downloads. Initial installation and the first domain change are free; later services are paid. Hostimor handles sales, licensing and support. Approved packages and updates use WISECP Marketplace; each new version is reviewed. New sales remain closed during review.
Requires WISECP 5.0-beta.2+, PHP 8.2+ and compatible ionCube Loader. Native source acceptance: PHP 8.2.34 / beta.3. Later WISECP versions are permitted with an untested notice. AI, account access and ticket creation are off by default.
1.0.14 review fixes preserve root access, automatic integrity verification, encrypted-reply exclusion, account permissions, beta.2 ticket compatibility, visitor IP detection, archive modes and version labels. Failed integrity results retry after 60 seconds; corrupted packages stay closed. Database schema upgrades have an independent version.
14 October live test on hostimor.com: a visitor poll recorded failed during controlled alphabetical copying. With the same package digest, it recovered automatically after 60 seconds without reload or an admin verification button. History and draft survived; Enter sent the draft and AI replied without duplicate messages. Config was unchanged; all 39 immutable files verified. This tests the source-package copy race; acceptance of the WISECP-encoded wizard package is pending compilation.
