Hostimor | Live Chat is published on the WISECP Marketplace. Purchase and licensing remain with Hostimor; approved installation packages and updates are delivered through the Marketplace. 1.1.0 is in WISECP review: the licence structure shared by all Hostimor products (no installation key), a licence card and updates only from the Marketplace.
Manage live support from a responsive administrator workspace. Take over conversations, share files, search history and expand or collapse summaries. The mobile workspace keeps the message composer within view.
New in 1.0.15: guest chats stay separate from authenticated customer accounts; account changes clear the previous thread and unsent draft. Authorized administrators can end waiting and AI chats without taking over, while another operator's active conversation stays under that operator's control. Unread badges clear when messages are read; tab counters show conversation totals. Completed chats can be moved to Deleted and restored, retaining messages, attachments and ticket receipts. Restoring history does not reopen it or replace another current chat.
Optional AI works with your own OpenAI, Gemini or Claude API account. It uses conversation context, business knowledge and the product catalogue. When enabled by an administrator, it can read the signed-in customer's permitted services, orders and customer-visible ticket history, and create native support tickets. Ownership and subaccount permissions are checked. Encrypted replies, private notes, payment details and secret fields are excluded. AI provider fees and quotas are separate; AI, account access and ticket creation are off by default.
Separate pages organize general settings, appearance, business hours, AI and licensing. Support display names are configurable. WISECP email/SMS providers handle selected administrator notifications. Optional Branding Customisation: TRY 2,499 + VAT for 12 months to hide or replace the chat footer with custom text and an HTTPS URL. The Hostimor footer returns on expiry; WISECP attribution remains.
A lifetime licence covers one domain and includes six calendar months of updates. Then six-month (TRY 1,490 + VAT) or twelve-month (TRY 2,490 + VAT) Support and Update Packs are sold by Hostimor. Expiry does not end lifetime use; new Marketplace downloads require an active update entitlement. Initial installation and the first domain change are free; a later installation costs TRY 500 and an extra domain change TRY 250 + VAT.
