Product overview
WISECP server module that binds a Mailcow domain to a service. Customers manage mailboxes, DNS and settings without logging in to Mailcow.
TreMail connects a Mailcow mail server to WISECP. We use it ourselves at trecloud.com.tr to run our business email customers.
You add Mailcow to WISECP once. When a customer pays, the domain is created, mailbox count, quota, aliases and send rate are set to the package, and the domain admin and DKIM key are created. Suspending disables the domain; cancelling deletes the mailboxes and the domain.
Customers do everything from the service page in WISECP and never log in to Mailcow. They create mailboxes, change passwords and sizes, and add users in bulk. Mailbox sizes come out of the domain's shared storage pool, which cannot be exceeded. Forwards, distribution groups, alias domains, temporary addresses, mail rules, auto-replies, app passwords, allowed and blocked senders, mail copies and quarantine are in the same menu. Customers can start a migration from another server and see the result of the last copy.
The DNS page reads the domain's MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and autodiscover records live. Each record sits on its own card as Added, Missing or Different, with the right value ready to copy. If an SPF record already exists, a merged value is suggested instead of a second record. A record is not reported as missing when the lookup fails. The module never writes to DNS itself.
In user settings, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, ActiveSync, CalDAV and webmail can be switched on and off one by one. Logins can be locked, two-step verification can be required for webmail, and the spam level can be chosen. For the domain you can require inbound and outbound TLS, show or hide it in the address book and add a footer to outgoing mail. The phone and computer page gives setup details without any password.
With the weekly summary on, customers get a short email with counts in any week that has a problem: missing DNS records, quarantined mail, mailboxes over 80 percent. The email contains no mailbox list and no passwords.
Extra mailboxes, quota and aliases can be sold as add-ons. Mailbox passwords are stored encrypted in the service record and hidden on screen. Passwords, tokens and mail log lines are masked in the module log.
New orders need a TreCloud license. If the license runs out, existing services and customer tools keep working. The module never changes its own files remotely; updates come through the WISECP marketplace.
Shared mailbox permissions, sub-admins, eDiscovery, DLP, MDM and LDAP are not included because the Mailcow API does not offer them. The mail queue and IP blocking stay with the server admin.
One thing to know before you buy: the customer tool screens are in Turkish for now. Product settings and messages are also in English.
