Contabo Cloud Automation

Is an update expected for the product? The latest version listed is 2022.1, and the Contabo packages have changed since then.

I bought it for 40 EUR (not 40 dollars as it is listed here). I uploaded it and I get a white page in the admin interface. When I take it off everything works fine. Ergo the module is faulty. The purchase was made on the WHMCSModules page (that's where the Buy Now button directed me). I wrote a bug report there. A day has passed with no response. I also wrote an email to [email protected], no reply so far.
I seem to have been fooled. I am quite disappointed what can I say.

Update: Finally, thanks also to the help of WISECP, I was contacted by the developer, who was willing to help. The problem was caused by the PHP version, the API password complexity and the Ioncube version, which were fixed by upgrading to PHP 8.1 and Ioncube v12 and set sorter and simplier password. The developer has promised to fix the remaining inconvenience with the next update.

P.S. I would update the rating to 4 stars, but the system won't let me, and the system won't let me add a new rating either.

  We already replied to you and post your login details shared over our ticket system, its found that you were using an older version of ioncube loader and the minimum requirement is ioncube v12, hence you need to update the same.
