Keep track of your data centers, racks, devices and rented U space from inside the WISECP admin panel.
TreDCIM is an inventory addon developed for data center and colocation companies that run WISECP. It keeps your data centers, racks, devices, PDUs, cables, carrier lines and the U space you rent to customers on record in one place. Your team does not need to leave WISECP to find rack information.
The rack screen shows the front and rear of each rack separately. Devices are placed into free rows by drag and drop. A device cannot be placed on an occupied row, on rented space, or where it would exceed the rack's power limit. Half-depth devices are supported, so a switch at the front and a patch panel at the rear can share the same row.
For each rack, the power limit, power in use, PDU details and total weight are tracked. Devices not yet placed in a rack wait in the data center's storage and are tracked as in stock, spare, in repair, faulty or scrapped. Device templates hold size, power, weight and port details. The device card shows where each port is connected, along with the cable type, colour and length.
QR code labels can be printed for devices and cables. 62×29 mm and 50×25 mm roll labels and A4 label sheets are supported. Scanning a device label opens that device's admin card. The rack report presents the rack drawing, devices, rentals, PDUs and cables on a single page and can be saved as PDF.
Rented U space and devices can be linked to WISECP services. Customers see their own position in the rack on their service page, while other customers' positions are shown without names. Space belonging to suspended, cancelled or deleted services is listed as a warning on the summary screen. If you wish, the space of a cancelled service is released automatically.
The device list can be exported as CSV and imported in the same format. If any row contains an error, no records are added. Every change is recorded with the staff member's name, and each device keeps its own change history.
If TreHypervisor is installed, VMware hosts can be imported as devices and their rack positions appear on the TreHypervisor screen. If TreIP is installed, the IP addresses assigned to a device are listed on its card. TreDCIM also works on its own without these addons.
The interface is available in Turkish and English and opens in the language of your WISECP panel.
TreDCIM is an inventory addon and does not create sellable products in WISECP. It does not require smart PDUs; power values are calculated from the details entered for each device. All data is stored in your own WISECP database. The license is issued by TreCloud and assigned to your domain. Updates are published through the WISECP marketplace.
