Formalise WISECP invoices as e-Fatura or e-Arşiv via e-Logo: GİB check, number and official PDF, manually or automatically after payment.
Hostimor | e-Logo formalises your WISECP invoices as e-Fatura or e-Arşiv through the e-Logo private integrator (Turkey). It changes nothing in the WISECP core: everything runs through WISECP's own hooks and task queue.
Formalisation
- The buyer's tax number is checked against the GİB e-Fatura list: registered buyers get an e-Fatura (Basic or Commercial scenario), everyone else an e-Arşiv
- Manual (when "Official" is selected in the invoice editor) or automatic 0-7 days after payment, only for invoices paid after automatic mode was switched on
- e-Logo assigns the number; the official PDF is attached to the invoice automatically
- Background sending with automatic retries and admin notifications with a "send again" button
Foreign customers and currencies
- Customers abroad: e-Arşiv, ISTISNA type, service export exemption (302)
- Foreign currency invoices carry the CBRT forex buying rate and the TL amounts
Screens
- Admin invoice page: e-Logo status, document type, number and the official PDF in one line, with view and refresh status
- Client invoice page: the official document shown in the page
- Refunds and cancellations: the e-Arşiv is cancelled on e-Logo; for an e-Fatura the admin is told what to do
Safe
- The ETTN is stored before sending: an invoice is never issued twice
- Test mode on the e-Logo test environment; test documents are never shown to customers
- Will not run alongside the Paraşüt add-on
Licence and updates
Lifetime licence for the domain of your WISECP licence, obtained on hostimor.com. The first 6 months of support and updates are included; afterwards the add-on keeps working, and a 6 or 12-month Support and Update Pack on hostimor.com brings new versions and support. Updates come through the WISECP Marketplace with WISECP's own update wizard; your settings are kept. The first installation and one domain change are free. Without a valid licence only new documents stop; issued documents keep their status checks, PDFs and cancellations. The licence check sends only the domain, version numbers and the panel language, no invoice or customer data.
