Teknik destekleri çok kalitesiz. Sabit IP ile yaptığım sipariş Fraud olarak algılandı. Güvenlik önlemi olarak bitcoin ile ödeme yapmamı istiyorlar.
Satın alma aşamasında bile kendi sitelerindeki sorunu çözemiyorlar. Eklentide bir sorun çıktığında yardımcı olabileceklerini hiç sanmıyorum.

The technical support is very poor. My order with a static IP was flagged as fraud. They want me to pay with Bitcoin as a security measure. Even during the purchasing process, they are unable to resolve issues on their own site. I highly doubt they will be able to help if there is a problem with the plugin.

  As part of our standard procedure, all of our orders are subjected to a fraud check through FraudLabs Pro including Phone & Email Verification, FraudLabs has identified your IP address as a proxy IP which we already provided you an evidence via your ticket. This measure is in place to help prevent fraudulent activity.
  
  When an order is flagged, customers can choose between two options:
  
  1. Make a payment using Bitcoin
  2. Provide identity verification (such as ID proof and address proof)
  
  In your case, we initially requested payment via Bitcoin, which you declined. We then asked for identity verification, which we still require to proceed. We appreciate your understanding as we must adhere to our policies to ensure the security of all transactions.
